Overview

TechImmune, Inc. ("TechImmune," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This website is an informational and investor-relations resource. We do not sell products or process payments through this site, and we collect only the limited information described below.

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organization, inquiry type and message.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you view, in order to keep the site running and secure. We run no analytics product.
• Information you type into the AI assistant. If you choose to use the optional chat assistant, the text you type is processed to generate a reply (see "AI assistant" below). Please do not enter health information, financial details or other sensitive personal information into the assistant.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, to communicate with investors and partners, to maintain the security and performance of the website, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use the information for automated decision-making.

Cookies, Analytics and Do Not Track

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the AI assistant stores nothing in your browser. Because we do not track visitors across websites, the site does not change its behavior in response to "Do Not Track" browser signals; there is nothing to opt out of. No third party collects information about your activity across other websites through this site.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and communications, with professional advisors, or where required by law, legal process or to protect our rights. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services on our behalf.

Analytics, embedded content and third-party services

This site runs no analytics product, sets no advertising cookies and carries no tracking pixels, which is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss. The services below are the only third parties involved in serving the page, and each sees only what is needed to do its job.

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website. When a page is served, Vercel records standard request data (your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser fetches the font files from Google's servers, which see your IP address in that request.
• AI assistant. This site includes an optional automated chat assistant, hosted for us by DGB Innovations LLC on Vercel, that answers visitor questions using only content already published on this site. It is not a person and does not give medical or investment advice. If you choose to use it, the text you type and standard request data are sent to the assistant host, which forwards your messages to Anthropic, PBC's Claude API to generate a reply. The host does not keep transcripts of conversations; your IP address is used only briefly to limit abuse. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic does not use these messages to train its models and deletes them within 30 days, or longer only where required to enforce its usage policy or by law. Using the assistant is entirely optional.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. None of them is given your information for its own marketing, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.

Third-Party Links

Our newsroom and other pages may link to third-party websites, such as scientific journals or news publishers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for a professional, investor and scientific audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
